  SHIPPING:

 

UK orders under £40 - £3.95 standard 48 hr tracked, £4.95 priority 24 hr tracked shipping

UK orders over £40 - Free standard tracked shipping

 

European orders - £14 tracked shipping

 

ROW orders - £23 tracked shipping

 

PLEASE NOTE: Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes their orders may incur if ordering from overseas. We are not responsible for any charges or delays due to customs. 

 

  DISPATCH:

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. All orders should be posted within 1-3 days after

purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery time is then a further 1-5 days from dispatch for UK orders (dependant on which postage option you have chosen). Once dispatched,

you will receive an email confirmation.

  LOST/STOLEN/DAMAGED PARCELS:

If your order has not been delivered after 10 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email,

please contact us at contact@hellopup.boutique with your name and order number and we will look into this.

 

If your order has arrived damaged please contact us straight away at contact@hellopup.boutique with your name and order number and we will look into this for you.

  RETURNS:

 

Our Returns & Refunds Policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately you cannot return any items.

 

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. We recommend that you carefully try new items on indoors, just in case you need to return them.

 

Customers are responsible for covering the return postage cost to us, so we highly recommend measuring your dog before placing an order. For help with this, please refer to our size guide, or feel free to get in touch and we will do our best to help!

 

All sale items are final sale and non returnable/refundable.

 

  HOW TO RETURN:

 

If you wish to make a return, please send us an email to contact@hellopup.boutique within 14 days of receiving your order. We will get back to you within 1-3 working days with instructions on how to start a return.

 

We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service when returning your order. Please ensure that you keep tracking numbers as we do not accept any responsibility for lost items.

 

Once your return arrives back with us we will inspect the items and send you an email to notify you that your refund has been processed. If the item is not legible for a refund, you will be notified that

your return has been rejected.

 

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method, within 7-10 business days.
